Recess at Massie
PK - 1st grade 

This program allows students to participate in games and playtime activities like those enjoyed by nineteenth-century children.  Students will tour the “suitable yards” where Massie’s students had recess and participate in old-fashioned games and activities. Cooperation, sportsmanship, and perseverance are some of the character education traits emphasized in this program.
